    Our Membership

    The Annual Membership Period is from January 1st to December 31st of the current calendar year, however memberships are accepted all year. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to schedule a tour of the clubhouse and grounds.

    • Boating Membership

      • Senior (Boating)

        Member Each Senior (Boating) Member is assigned a boat slip in addition to full clubhouse, swimming pool, social, dining, and grounds privileges. Social Members are eligible for available slips based on seniority.   (Membership includes immediate family members and family under 25 who reside in the members’ household.)  

        $4,070 “One Time” Initiation Fee
        $3,345 Annual Dues

    • Social Membership

      • Family Social Member

        A Family Social Member is a non-boating Family Membership with full clubhouse, swimming pool, social, dining, and grounds privileges, but without a boat slip. (Membership includes immediate family members and family under 25 who reside in the members’ household.)

        $462 “One Time” Initiation Fee
        $1,145 Annual Dues

        Single Social Member

        A single adult who has no children living in their household. A Single Social Member is an individual membership with the same benefits as a Family Social Member.

        $850 Annual Dues

        Limited Family Social Member

        Adult children of a current Social, Senior, or Life Member qualify for a five-year membership term as long as the parent remains a paying member. If the Member passes away, the adult child may continue the membership for the remainder of the five-year term. This membership has the same benefits as a Family Social Member.

        Extending Your Membership to Other Clubs

        The Indianapolis Yacht Club is a member of the Yachting Club of America and our Senior Boating Members enjoy Reciprocity Status with hundreds of other yacht clubs across America. Each IYC Senior Boating Member receives an IYC Photo ID Card and a Reciprocal Courtesy Card for the Yachting Club of America that permits access to Yachting Club of America yacht clubs that offer reciprocity.
